I woke up with a migraine! I tried to push through the workout but I couldn't...I tried though I'll give myself credit for that, I did try hard! But each time my foot landed my head pounded. The meds they gave me for this have side affect's I am not willing to endure so I have to just sit in the dark and wait for this to go away. Blah! I'm so mad! I worked up a lil bit of a sweat though so I feel a LIL OK about that but again to me it was not enough. I MUST listen to my body! As should you, ALWAYS do not push past more than you can handle because you have no one to prove anything to, especially if you are doing this for yourself. I am doing this for me so ME is a lil upset but ME will get over it. Tomorrow I will push play and I will dig even deeper!!!

Omigosh... I hope you are okay... you know to be honest with you - this happened to me yesterday & the meds I took to relieve the pain awoke me to dizziness, cold sweats and nausea... I hope you feel better soon & yes, I know - I owe you the measurements................ tonight without fail! Get well, my friend!
