SORE!!!!! Doesn't even begin to explain what I feel and I LOVE it!!!!! I could barely do any of the moves today but that's the definition of DIG DEEPER, and so I did, This week and the ones to come are INSANE! I thought the 1st month was but I knew nothing till now!!! He's doing moves I've never seen or heard of...and it's reaching parts of my body that I didn't know contained muscles! WHOA! I LOVE Insanity!!! I have only 3 more weeks to go, I am so happy, I remember where I started and day one was hell for me and all I could think was "UGH, DAY ONE?! I have SOOOOOOO long to go" and now I'm trying to decide which workout I'll do next because Insanity is coming to an end! :-( I'll miss Shaun T, I WONT miss Tanya! Sorry chick! I pray she isn't in any other programs I choose, but you know there is always a "Tanya" in every video. lol.
Coming to the bottom of my bag of shakeology too, can't wait for the next bag to be delivered to my door! I LOVE this stuff, THIS is made from the best stuff on earth, Snapple ain't got nuttin on Shakeology!
I just coughed and my abs screamed!!! I love the burn I really do! I'm on an insanity high!!! Now to get my Bible on and get a Jesus high!

You are so inspiring! I am on the Recovery week of Insanity and I am looking forward to Month 2! I feel so great about myself for making it through the workouts, even though I can't always keep up! Keep going and I can't wait to see what you do next
