I LOVE shakeology I have to say! I'm regular now (yes I just announced that to the world wide wweb), my nails r growing faster and stronger which is a big deal for me because I have brittle nails. I am satisfied after my shake and am not hungry till about 2-3 hours later which is in time for a snack. I feel so good, I have loads of energy and I actually say GOOD morning now...(I'm grumpy in the am and so I tend to stick to "mornin" while leaving off the "good" cause to me it wasn't good to be up so early [I am a night owl thru and thru]) Now I'm on this whole Carpe Diem kick!! Oh and a DIG DEEPER kick...I have to record my son speaking one day cause yesterday he said "My legs hurt from working with Shaun T" (He's 2yrs old mind you) and today he said "DIG DEEPER", I love it!!! I'm loving life right now. I'm on a natural high everyday!!!
You know what I'm gonna say next right? DIG DEEPER!!! And in the words of Shaun T "YOU CAN FRIGGIN DO IT!!!!!!!!"
