Day Thirty Nine September 23rd 2010 Thursday

Max Recovery my eye! It felt like another workout entirely...WOW! I needed it though because I am sore! I love all the breathing and by now I should be better at remembering to engage my core but I tend to forget at times, and when I do engage I feel the difference; I am not as wobbly and my back doesn't hurt, so do NOT forget to engage ur core my peoples!

Shakeology...What more can I say besides I LOVE this stuff and I'm thinking of replacing yet another meal with it, because I love it so much, it's quick and convenient and it really does work as far as curbing my appetite...I drink it after my work outs as my breakfast and I'm not hungry for 3 hours! I'm on the go a lot more these days so I'm thinking of replacing lunch as well. I feel the need to remind you that clean eating is KEY for losing weight the right way, u can't eat crap, replace a meal and then get mad when u don't notice weight loss, it's not a miracle serum it's a meal replacement full of nutrients and it helps, but you still need to do the work. I told you before this is NOT a get thin quick scheme! Do the work and see the difference! Don't come to me complaining that you don't notice a change while sitting there eating a burger :-/ HELLO!

3 more weeks of digging deeper!!!

I would like to say I am fitting into my jeans nicely and I have set aside a few pair that need to be taken in to a smaller size because they r too big! YAY!
