Day Forty September 24th 2010, Friday

Max Interval Circuit, Had me...LAUGHING OUT LOUD TODAY! At the end really made me crack up cause once it was done EVERYONE was laid out on the floor! No words, just panting and dead stillness at once. lol. OMG I love Shaun T. I was done as well, and I pushed through some heavy cramps too Lord help me!!! Today was the sweatiest I have ever been, I think I can take my tank top off and squeeze a lil liquid out. And I love every moment even when I'm yelling at Shaun that he is crazy and I'm not doing that, I do it anyway and I'm happy each time because I envision my body changing with each workout, I can go to the clothing store now and not look at a medium top thinking "I wish, dang I'm so far off!" No, now I can say "I'm so close to wearing that and making it look GOOD!" I'm going to be getting a scale here soon and I'm looking forward to weighing in! Since I started this endeavor 40 days ago I have weighed in only once which is GREAT news for me because I told you before I'm a habitual weigher! But I KNOW I am going to see a change and sometimes I get emotional about it because I am working hard and it is paying off and this feeling of accomplishment is sometimes a lil overwhelming!

The best part of today was TANYA WAS NOT IN THE VIDEO! WEPA! Maybe that's another reason I enjoyed todays video so much! :-)
