Day ten: August 26 2010, Thursday

Recovery Thursday WOO HOO! My new fav day of the week! I missed two days of working and I could be hard on myself and be down and angry and say how I hate myself for it, but what's the point in beating myself up? The punishment I got was missing two days; I think I've suffered enough don't you? I jumped back in and I am happy I did, I pushed play and dug deeper, now I'm rewarding myself with a delish shakeology drink for Breakfast. Yum!

So do NOT be discouraged if you miss a day or things come up and u can't seem to find the time that day or few days...as long as you get back up and keep going you're going to be good...Lesson to learn here is do not lose heart. The average person works out only 3 days a week to stay fit and I am doing 6 days so I'll live. :-) just get back in the game and get the look u want!!!
